María Sigurðardóttir

María Sigurðardóttir is the project manager for the Unglingalandsmót UMFÍ, a youth sports festival taking place in Egilsstaðir, Iceland. She has deep roots in the area, having been born and raised there, and plays a crucial role in organizing the event, which sees participation from over 1,100 children and teenagers aged 11 to 18. María is optimistic about the weather and the success of the various competitions, which include traditional sports as well as unique events like Rocket League and blind soccer.
