Maria Wangari Kamunge, also known as Rish Kamunge, is a TikToker and entrepreneur who was recently in the news after being arrested for her alleged involvement in an overseas job scam. She was accused of defrauding numerous victims by promising them job opportunities abroad through her company, Trustpine Verified Agent Limited, and subsequently failing to deliver after collecting substantial fees. Following her arrest, she was granted a Sh5 million bond by a Nairobi court, despite the prosecution's concerns regarding ongoing investigations and the safety of the victims.
