Maria Zabsonré

Maria Zabsonré is an agro-food transformer based in Manga, Burkina Faso. She initially worked as a housekeeper while running a small food business, which eventually proved more profitable than her salary. Adapting to market demands, she shifted her focus to producing attiéké and other agro-products with the support of microfinance from the Caisse populaire. Her entrepreneurial journey reflects the challenges and successes faced by women in rural areas seeking financial independence and economic empowerment.
