Mariamu Chaurembo

Mariamu Chaurembo is the Director of the Tunduma Municipal Council in Songwe, Tanzania. She was recently in the news following a directive from the Regional Commissioner Daniel Chongolo, who expressed disappointment with the council's failure to pay suppliers and called for a re-evaluation of their financial reporting processes.
