Marian Kym Brinkley

Marian Kym Brinkley is a Canadian national who has lived in Trujillo, Honduras, since 1976. She is the owner of a park in Santa Fe, which she purchased 50 years ago. Despite having legal documentation and paying taxes on the property, it was forcibly occupied by groups claiming ancestral rights, leading Brinkley to lose her home and livelihood.
