Mariana Caizza

Mariana Caizza is the newly appointed country manager for PepsiCo Beverages in Uruguay and Bolivia, bringing over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods sector. An Argentine national with a degree in business administration, she has been with PepsiCo since 2009, holding various leadership positions, including marketing manager for energy and sports drinks in the Southern Cone. In her new role, Caizza will oversee the strategic direction of PepsiCo's beverage portfolio in both countries, which includes popular brands like Pepsi and Gatorade.
