Maríanna Pálsdóttir
Maríanna Pálsdóttir is the owner of UMI Studio, a health center located by the seaside in Seltjarnarnes, Iceland. With a vision to create a space that beautifully combines movement and wellness, she offers various fitness classes including pilates and yoga, alongside beauty and massage services. After successfully running a beauty salon in Reykjavik, Maríanna shifted her focus to holistic health by obtaining yoga instructor qualifications and realizing her dream of opening a wellness center. Following a challenging year, she aims to empower women through her upcoming course, 'Nærvitund,' which focuses on nutrition, movement, and relaxation to help participants achieve their best selves.
