Marie Rose Dibong

Marie Rose Dibong, born Ngo Biyong, is a prominent Cameroonian politician who has served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development since December 9, 2011. Despite a wave of resignations within the Cameroonian government, she has publicly refused to step down, asserting her commitment to her position until officially removed by presidential decree. A member of the Union for Democracy and Progress (Undp), she has expressed her intention to remain in office, emphasizing her dedication to the country over party politics. With an extensive background in computing and management, including a master's degree from the University of Paris-Dauphine, Dibong has held various roles within the Cameroonian public service since 1978.
