Marie-Thérèse d'Autriche

Marie-Thérèse d'Autriche was the only female ruler of the Habsburg dominions and the last of the House of Habsburg, reigning from 1740 to 1780. Her ascension to power was marked by significant challenges, including the War of Austrian Succession, during which she successfully defended her rights to the throne against various European powers.
