Marijana Stepanović

Marijana Stepanović, 31, is a dedicated horticulturist and entrepreneur who has transformed her childhood passion for roses into a thriving business. Growing up in a family that has cultivated roses since 1998, Marijana pursued a degree in horticulture from the Agricultural Faculty in Belgrade, graduating in 2018 with a focus on rose seedlings. After several years in the IT sector, she and her husband Nikola returned to their roots, starting their own rose nursery during the pandemic. With hard work and determination, they increased their production to 85,000 seedlings in 2024, cultivating a sustainable future in agriculture while balancing family life with their two daughters.
