Marika Põldma

Marika Põldma is a seasoned expert in foreign relations and protocol, having served as the chief protocol officer under three different Prime Ministers of Estonia: Andrus Ansip, Jüri Ratas, and Taavi Rõivas. Her extensive experience in governmental protocol has earned her a strong reputation, although her recent tenure was marred by a contentious relationship with the newly appointed head of the city council's office, Keiu Friedenthal. Põldma was dismissed from her position in November 2022, following disagreements over organizational development and communication style.
