Marina Huba
Marina Huba was an associate professor at the Department of Public Administration and Local Self-Government at Kherson National Technical University. She held a PhD in Economic Sciences and led the Center for Quality Assurance in Education at her university. Tragically, she lost her life due to a Russian shelling in Kherson on November 24, 2023, marking a significant loss to the academic community and her many students and colleagues who remembered her for her warmth and dedication.
