Marina Tolstik

Marina Tolstik serves as the general director of the Minsk City Housing and Communal Services, where she oversees the planning and implementation of major renovations for residential buildings. In a recent announcement, she revealed that in 2025, the city plans to renovate 186 residential buildings, totaling over a million square meters, as part of a broader effort to improve living conditions. Tolstik emphasized that while the year of construction is a factor in determining which homes require renovations, the technical condition of the buildings and their engineering systems are the primary criteria used in the selection process.
