Marino Feliz Rodríguez

Marino Feliz Rodríguez is the legal representative of Dekolor, S.R.L., a company involved in providing driver's license services in the Dominican Republic. Recently, he came into the news due to a legal complaint filed by Milton Morrison, the director of the National Institute of Transit and Land Transport (Intrant), alleging bribery against Dekolor. Rodríguez defended the company by stating that the allegations are unfounded and are likely retaliatory actions in response to Dekolor's legal challenges regarding inconsistencies in a bidding process that they feel is biased against them. He emphasized the company's long-standing track record of service and highlighted that Intrant owes Dekolor over RD$670 million since 2022, asserting that these financial issues have not compromised the quality of their services.
