Mario Alberto Flores Urrutia

Mario Alberto Flores Urrutia is a magistrate on the Tribunal de Justicia Electoral (TJE) in Honduras. He was recently in the news for being implicated in a judicial misconduct case, where he, alongside another magistrate, was accused of prevaricato judicial for making decisions outside the legal framework, including the illegal admission of candidates for parliamentary elections without proper quorum.
