Mario Roberto Zelaya

Mario Roberto Zelaya is a former director of the Honduran Social Security Institute (IHSS) who was recently sentenced to nine years and four months in prison for his role in a massive fraud scheme involving irregular contracts that resulted in the embezzlement of over 158 million lempiras from the public administration.
