Marion Leclerc

Marion Leclerc is a 27-year-old member of the Union des groupements de parents d'élèves (UGPE) in Vallée-du-Tir, New Caledonia. After witnessing the riots of May 2024, she joined the association to help her community, believing that the events, while regrettable, highlighted the youth's need to be heard. Leclerc envisions an independent Kanaky and is committed to fostering peace and understanding among residents in the wake of the unrest.
