Marion Pearson

Marion Pearson is a former financial adviser accused of siphoning millions of dollars from clients while working in Australia. After facing legal troubles, including an investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) that led to her permanent ban from providing financial services, she returned to New Zealand in 2014. Pearson has been fighting extradition since an arrest warrant was issued for her in 2018, and she is now in custody in Australia awaiting trial.
