Mariu Sjödin

Mariu Sjödin is the executive director of Outright International, an organization focused on advocating for the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals worldwide. She has been in the news recently due to her signing a funding agreement with Iceland's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Þorgerður Katrín Gunnarsdóttir, for a grant of 150 million krónur to support the organization's initiatives over the next 18 months.
