Marko Potpara

Marko Potpara is the leader of the club of councilors from the Nova srpska demokratija (NSD) party in Pljevlja. He has been in the news recently due to the ongoing political blockage in the local parliament, where his absence, along with other NSD councilors, has contributed to the inability to achieve a quorum for sessions.
