Markus Notter
Markus Notter is a Swiss politician and member of the Social Democratic Party (SP). He served as the Justizdirektor (Director of Justice) in Zurich, where he initiated a project in 2008 to replace the outdated legal information system. Under his leadership, the project aimed for a simple upgrade but eventually evolved into a more ambitious plan for a comprehensive new software solution. However, the initiative faced significant challenges, leading to increased costs and ultimately contributing to a series of failures in subsequent attempts at software implementation.
