Marsha Atherley-Ikechi

Dr. Marsha Atherley-Ikechi is the executive director of the Organisation of Caribbean Utility Regulators (OOCUR), where she advocates for enhanced collaboration and adaptability among utility regulators in the Caribbean. Recently, she emphasized the need for innovative, home-grown solutions to address unique regulatory challenges during the media launch of OOCUR's 20th annual conference, which aims to forge partnerships and craft collective solutions to common hurdles faced by Caribbean regulators.
