Martha Lidia Pérez Gumercindo

Martha Lidia Pérez Gumercindo, a Veracruz-based lawyer with a master's degree in Procedural Law, Criminal Law, and Criminology, has been appointed as the new head of the National Search Commission (Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda) in Mexico, where she will address the pressing issue of disappearances in the country.
