Dr. Martin Pertab is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) in Guyana, following a distinguished career in public service and economics. With a solid academic foundation including a PhD in Economics from the University of Aberdeen, he has held various significant roles within the Ministry of Natural Resources, including Director of the Local Content Secretariat. Pertab's expertise in finance and public policy positions him to lead CH&PA in its mission to provide affordable housing and sustainable development for the people of Guyana.
