Martin Repinski

Martin Repinski was recently in the news due to a court ruling that sentenced him to one year and six months of conditional imprisonment for fraud. The court stipulated that this sentence would not be enforced as long as he does not commit any new intentional crimes during a two-year probation period. Additionally, the appellate court amended a previous decision regarding legal costs, ordering the Republic of Estonia to pay him a sum of €32,826.80, while he remains liable for €17,000.
