Martín Sánchez Blas is an operator at the Bii Nee Stipa wind farm, a project developed by Iberdrola in Oaxaca, Mexico. He participated in the Semana de la Igualdad event to discuss the challenges faced by indigenous communities in the labor market and the importance of representation and inclusion in corporate practices.
