Martínez Piedrahita

Martínez Piedrahita is a Uruguayan migrant and Afro-descendant who had been residing in Argentina for 19 years. He is married to Nadia Paola Arismendi and they have three children together, all born in Argentina. Recently, he was in the news due to his detention and subsequent expulsion from Argentina, which his legal representatives argue was illegal given his family ties and a previous conviction for domestic violence that did not warrant such action.
