Márton Mátyás

Márton Mátyás is a 76-year-old pastry chef and owner of a traditional Hungarian strudel shop in Budapest, which has been in operation since 1926. Originally a prosecutor, he took over the family business after the illness of his mother-in-law. Under his management, the shop has survived various political and economic upheavals, becoming a beloved institution in the city known for its authentic strudel recipes.
