Mary Catchpole

Mary Catchpole, a 19-year-old from Norfolk, has become the first patient in Europe to receive a newly licensed treatment for Activated PI3-kinase Delta Syndrome (APDS), a rare inherited disorder that severely affects the immune system. Having lost several family members to this life-threatening condition, Mary expresses hope and joy with the new treatment, which she believes will allow her to live a fuller life.
