Masis Duarte, alias Villo, is identified as one of the key collaborators of Tony Peña Russell and a leader within the suborganization known as Tony’s Boys, which emerged following Peña Russell's arrest. He is currently wanted by authorities for his alleged involvement in criminal activities.
