Masnu’ah, a 49-year-old advocate for women fishers in Demak, Indonesia, has dedicated two decades to fighting for the rights and empowerment of women in the fishing community. As the Secretary General of the Indonesian Women Fishermen Association, she champions initiatives that educate women about sustainable practices and help them achieve economic independence.
