Masoud Foroutan
Masoud Foroutan is the Deputy Commander of the Second Naval Zone of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Iran. He has recently gained attention for overseeing the seizure of two foreign vessels attempting to smuggle 1.5 million liters of diesel fuel valued at over 70 billion tomans in the Persian Gulf near Bushehr.
