Mathias Ott

Mathias Ott is a French civil servant, recently appointed as the head of the Interministerial Delegation for the Fight Against Racism, Antisemitism, and Anti-LGBT Hate (Dilcrah). Born in 1976, he has a background in political science from the Institut d'études politiques de Lille and has previously served as the chief of staff to the Prime Minister Jean Castex. His appointment comes at a critical time when France is grappling with rising incidents of racism and antisemitism, particularly following recent geopolitical tensions.
