Matilda Amissah

Dr. Matilda Amissah is a dedicated medical doctor working in the Emergency Unit of the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital in Ghana. Renowned for her exceptional skills in emergency care, she has received accolades such as the Osabarima Royal Awards for Best Department Emergency and was recognized as Best Emergency Medical Officer for her commitment to saving lives. Tragically, she is also the sister of Charles Amissah, a hit-and-run victim whose death has highlighted critical issues in emergency medical care in Ghana, as he was denied treatment at multiple hospitals despite his serious injuries.
