Matthew Dallarosa

Matthew Dallarosa is a captain with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, involved in the investigation of the Clearwater ferry collision. He confirmed that the boat involved in the crash did remain at the scene for a period of time, contrary to initial claims that it had fled.
