Maulana Jalaludin

Maulana Jalaludin is a cleric associated with the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) party in Pakistan. He serves as a member of the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII), where he has been vocal in opposing legislative measures that he believes contravene Islamic law. Recently, he expressed strong opposition to the Islamabad Capital Territory Child Marriage Restraint Bill, 2025, asserting that it is un-Islamic and labeling the classification of child marriages as rape as a western imposition that threatens traditional family structures.
