Mauricio Cabrera Leal

Mauricio Cabrera Leal is the Vice Minister of Policies and Environmental Normalization in Colombia. He was recently in the news due to a court ruling that found him and other officials, including the Minister of Environment, Irene Vélez, in contempt of the law for failing to implement necessary regulations under the reforestation law, which aims to promote ecological restoration through tree planting.
