Mauricio Medinaceli is a prominent Bolivian expert in hydrocarbon management, recognized for his extensive experience working with various international organizations and companies. He previously held the position of Minister of Hydrocarbons during the transitional government of Eduardo Rodríguez Veltzé from 2005 to 2006, and has been entrusted with leading the ministry once again under the new administration of President Paz.
