Maximo Napa
Maximo Napa is a 61-year-old Peruvian fisherman who was found alive after being missing at sea for 94 days. His small fishing vessel had drifted in international waters after he lost his bearings due to severe weather conditions and mechanical failure. During his time adrift, Napa survived by consuming insects, fish, and birds, and drinking rainwater and turtle blood. He was discovered in good physical condition by a ship from Ecuador, and his survival story has brought hope and relief to his family, particularly his daughter, Ines Napa, who never lost hope during his absence.
