Mayeul van den Broek

Mayeul van den Broek is a Swiss-French engineer and the team leader of the SP80 project, which aims to break sailing speed records with their innovative kite boat. A graduate of the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), he has a background in maritime transport efficiency and has been pivotal in achieving significant milestones, including a recorded speed of 58 knots. His vision is not only to set records but also to apply the knowledge gained from the project to various maritime and industrial applications.
