Mayteé Gabriela Iraheta Escalante

Mayteé Gabriela Iraheta Escalante is a Salvadoran lawyer and politician, originally from Sonsonate. She served as a deputy in the Legislative Assembly of El Salvador from 2015 to 2021 and has recently accepted the challenge of running for president as the candidate for the Alianza Republicana Nacionalista (ARENA) party in the 2027 elections, emphasizing the need for progress and security in the country.
