Meenakshi Raghavan, affectionately known as Meenakshi Amma, is an 82-year-old martial arts instructor from Kerala, India, who is widely regarded as the oldest woman practicing and teaching Kalaripayattu, India's ancient martial art. She runs a Kalari school founded by her late husband in 1950 and continues to train approximately 50 students daily, embodying the spirit of discipline and strength that the art form instills.
