Megan Clement
Megan Clement is an author and journalist who gained recognition for her memoir 'Desire Paths', set to be published in April 2024. After moving to Paris in 2016, she initially struggled to immerse herself in the local culture and language. However, her experience volunteering at Le Bar Commun, a community-focused bar in her neighborhood, became a transformative chapter in her life. Through this volunteer work, she not only improved her French language skills but also engaged more deeply with the diverse community around her. This journey led her to work for French employers and become an advocate for feminist movements in France, ultimately shaping her identity and sense of belonging in her adopted home.
