Melissa Chiu is an Australian art historian and museum director, currently leading the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, DC. She is among the names being considered for the directorship of the Art Gallery of NSW, as the search looks towards talent potentially relocating from the United States.
