Melissa Henríquez is the owner of Ice Kriskas, a popular artisanal ice cream brand in Honduras. Launched in 2020, her business has expanded to six locations, four of which operate as franchises. Driven by her dream of widespread presence, Henríquez opted for the franchise model to facilitate growth while balancing her responsibilities as a wife and mother.
