Melville Macnaghten

Melville Macnaghten was a British police official who served as the Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police in the late 19th century. He is notable for his involvement in the investigation of the Jack the Ripper murders, during which he named Aaron Kosminski as one of the top three suspects due to his known mental health issues and violent tendencies.
