Meng Chang

Meng Chang was a prominent figure in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, known for his poetic contributions and for being the ruler of the Later Shu dynasty. His legacy includes the famous couplet celebrating the New Year, which has influenced the tradition of 春联 in Chinese culture.
