Meredith Bernays is a 66-year-old former nurse and family day care worker who, along with her husband Shane Doyle, has lived in their home in Wareemba for over three decades. Initially drawn to the property for its affordability, Bernays has come to appreciate the suburb's community feel and amenities, ultimately deciding to sell now that their daughter has moved out.
