Mesmin Koulet-Vickot

Mesmin Koulet-Vickot is the director of the Afritac Centre, a regional technical assistance center of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for Central Africa. He was recently in the news for meeting with Yvon Sana Bangui, the governor of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), to discuss strengthening collaboration aimed at training high-level economic experts in various critical fields, including financial regulation and macroeconomic modeling.
