Mía Perdomo

Mía Perdomo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aequales, an organization dedicated to promoting gender equity and diversity in the workplace. Recognized as one of the 500 most influential people in Latin America and one of the 101 individuals changing the world of work, Mía has a background in psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a master's degree in human rights from the London School of Economics. Her leadership at Aequales has been pivotal in the development of the PAR Ranking, a tool that helps organizations assess and improve their inclusion strategies.
